Yardcast designs are conceptual visualizations only and are NOT intended as construction documents, engineering plans, or architectural drawings. They should not be used for permitting, construction, or any purpose requiring professional certification.

Verify plant selections with local nurseries for your specific conditions
Check local regulations and HOA rules before landscaping

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Upload only photos you have the right to use
Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
Provide accurate information about your project
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the Service
Not resell or redistribute designs without permission

5. Intellectual Property

Your Photos: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Yardcast a license to process them for design generation.

Generated Designs: Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the generated designs for personal or commercial landscaping purposes. You may not resell the designs themselves.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed securely by Stripe

7. Limitation of Liability
