- Include the email you used, a screenshot, and a short description of the issue.
- For a purchase issue, include your Stripe receipt (website) or Apple receipt (iPhone app) if you have it.
- We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
Design Packs and redos
A Design Pack is $29.99, one time, on this website: one design on your photo in both bed options, plus one free redo.
- Request your free redo with your change notes right on your results page.
- If a design fails our quality check, it's held back and never shown, and it doesn't use up your pack.
- If you were charged but don't see your design, email us before buying again.
Photo and design quality
The best designs start with a clear photo from the curb that shows the front of the house and the whole bed.
- Avoid blurry, heavily cropped, nighttime or extreme-angle photos.
- Daylight is best. Your phone's normal camera is perfect.
- Designs are AI visualizations, not installed results. Review the plan before buying plants or materials.
