What counts as one design?
One yard photo, designed in both bed options (keep the bed shape, or a new bed), plus one redo with your notes. The same design a homeowner gets with a $29.99 Design Pack. The second bed option and the redo do not use another design.
What happens when we use all of this month's designs?
You can keep going with extra designs at $3 each, bought in blocks of 5 ($15) or 10 ($30). The account owner confirms each block, so nothing is charged by surprise. Or wait: your count resets on your next billing date.
Do unused designs roll over?
No. Each billing month starts fresh at your plan's count. Extra designs you buy are for the month you buy them in.
Is there an unlimited plan?
No. Every plan has a hard monthly limit: 20 on Pro, 60 on Crew. Each design runs real image and planning work, so each plan has a set number of designs.
How do team logins work on Crew?
The owner invites teammates by email, up to 5 logins including the owner. Everyone draws from the same monthly pool, and the owner sees how many designs each person used this month.
What does my client see?
A private link to a simple page: their yard before and after, and the plant plan, with your logo and contact details. No prices are shown, so you quote the job your way.
What if a design fails the quality check?
Every design is checked before delivery. If one is held back, it does not count against your month, and you can try again.
Can I buy a plan in the iPhone app?
No. Pro and Crew are bought and managed here on the website, billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel anytime from your account's billing page.
Are these photos of real installed yards?
No. YardCast designs are AI visualizations of a plan on your client's photo, not photos of finished work. They show the direction; your crew builds the real thing.
